The animation tells the story about three dull, but funny brothers from the Pankivka village. They make a mess of all things. If there’s nothing to do, they can easily come up with something that will make them look stupid. They will cut a cock’s feathers instead of brother’s hair, and will make a fish broth in the lake, will choose the longest way of two paths, and will “help” their neighbors with all their hearts.

Two worlds: the world of civilization and the world of nature exist simultaneously, next to one planet, but it seems that the distance between them is like from Earth to the moon. The film uses drawings and diaries of Nikolai Miklouho-Maclay, whom the Papuans called the "Man from the Moon" and revered as a deity.

Night on the Town

In a run-down hotel for transients, a man sleeps fitfully in bed. He rises to use the toilet down the hall, and while he's there, a burglar enters his room. He returns to find the burglar leaving through the window; the burglar falls to the street beneath. The man leaves the hotel and walks past the fallen burglar to a seedy bar, where he drinks too much and has a hedonistic vision of sex and death. He awakens on the bar-room floor and drags himself out. Is this the end for him?

Leon in Wintertime

One winter, a ravenous ogre terrorizes the land of King Balthasar. Meanwhile, a blizzard is brewing in Léon’s heart. Braving the cold, this adopted bear cub runs away from home. Léon has many an adventure during his travels. He befriends a hedgehog and an elephant, confronts an ogre, and sets Princess Molly Gingerbread free. His courage and integrity eventually lead him back to his family. In the end, the cub earns everybody’s respect.

Spelunker Is a Teacher

There's a new teacher in town—Spelunker! This unusual man is anything but a typical instructor, giving speeches about traffic safety to the students, reacting strangely to a humidifier, and enjoying lunch— albeit with ample condiment mishaps. With such a bizarre new role model to learn from, Spelunker's students will never be the same! Based on a parody four-frame manga related to the classic video game "Spelunker" (1983).
